After the training you give your feeling a score from 0 until 10. It’s also an indication about the effort what you did to do this training.
If you feel nothing, just like you didn’t train then you score is 0.
If you feel exhausted that you don’t even can walk then is your score 10.
A normal Z1 training you do from 2 until 4 max and a track training in the phase 1 and 2 must me max 8.
A track training in phase 4 can be sometimes 10.
For me this is a very important information as coach. I can act on time when i see that the things are not going as predicted. It’s very very important to give me this score.
Yes it’s very subjective but very important!!!!
