  1. 400 meter track
  2. Stopwatch

How to conduct the test

This test requires the athlete to run as far and fast as possible in 12 minutes.


  1. Run 15min warm up
  2. Stretch
  3. 3x 30m Strides
  4. Start the stopwatch and commence the test.  After running for 12 minutes count the distance that you have run
