Core Training

New core training, you can do it as a group or by yourself

So you work on the weakest link to prevent injuries and improve your mechanics. All our muscles are connecting to each other like a chain. As you know, the strength of a chain is defining by the weakest link. With core training you teach the muscles to work efficiently together and to strengthens the weakest link, it can also improve the respiratory functions. Your running movement will be more efficient by enhancing neuromuscular efficiency. So you train the muscles what you need for running to work together. It build coordination between them to balance and stabilize the body.
This is not the same when your are doing a general core or gym exercises. Most physical activities overwork certain muscles and under-work others. This leads to muscular imbalances. Imbalance is a potential source of injuries.

Injury prevention is our main priority.
